山仙颗粒对S180肉瘤瘤株转染肠胃功能紊乱小鼠SOD和MDA的影响

目的:探讨山仙颗粒对S180肉瘤瘤株转染的肠胃能紊乱小鼠SOD和MDA的影响,以及抗恶性肿瘤的作用机制。方法:将50只小鼠先造成肠胃能紊乱模型,取其中40只接种瘤细胞悬液,接种瘤细胞悬液24h后开始给药,接种后第10天处死小鼠,采用物理和生物化学的方法计算抑瘤率、胸腺指数及血清中的SOD活性和MDA水平。结果:山仙颗粒、5-FU及联合用药均有明显的抑瘤作用,抑瘤率分别为29.32%、31.49%和46.27%。5-FU明显降低胸腺指数,山仙颗粒、联合用药对胸腺指数无较大影响,说明5-FU抑制机体免疫功能,山仙颗粒则有提高机体免疫系统功能的作用。山仙颗粒、5-FU对SOD活性和MDA含量的影响均比荷瘤对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),两药合用效果更明显。结论:山仙颗粒与5-FU均能提高体内SOD活性和降低MDA含量,两药联合应用对小鼠体内SOD水平及MDA含量的影响均优于两种药物的单独使用。
