| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声弹性成像(ultrasonic elastography,UE)评价5分法对乳腺良恶性疾病的诊断价值。方法:对2008年6月-2009年2月330例(356个病灶)乳腺实性肿瘤患者进行超声检查,同时行UE。以手术病理为诊断金标准,评价UE评分标准的意义。结果:UE评分为1、2和3分者诊断乳腺良性病变的准确度分别为97.0、97.5和79.3;UE评分为4和5分诊断为恶性病变的准确度分别为77.8和100.0。采用UE5分标准诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感度和特异度分别为82.8和90.8。采用UE5分标准诊断直径≤1cm乳腺病变的敏感度和特异度分别为88.0和100.0,诊断直径>1cm乳腺病变的敏感度和特异度分别为82.5和87.8。结论:UE5分法有助于鉴别乳腺良恶性病灶,今后有待进一步研究。
