| 摘 要： | 目的 了解男男性接触人群(MSM)社会心理状况以及社会心理状况与MSM人群高危性行为的关系,为今后开展针对性的干预提供依据.方法 采用互联网招募研究对象,于2010年3-6月对招募来的MSM在岭南伙伴支持中心用自制问卷进行匿名问卷调查并进行结果 分析.结果 291名MSM中有3.4%(10/291)报告使用过相关麻醉药物,其中使用最多的是K粉1.4%(4/291)和冰毒0.7%(2/291);23.4%(68/291)可能存在抑郁症状;40.5%(118/291)明显存在抑郁症状;有17.5%(51/291)的MSM报告在青少年时期受到过性虐待;Logistic回归分析表明,可能存在抑郁症状(OR=2.04,95%CI=1.05-3.95)、明显抑郁症状(OR=2.40,95%CI=1.34-4.29)、青少年时期性虐待(OR=2.15,95%CI=1.01-4.56)、HIV基本知识得分较低(OR=1.68,95%CI=1.06-4.62)是危险性行为发生的危险因素.结论 广州市部分MSM社会心理状况较差,且MSM人群一些社会心理问题与危险性行为发生相关;应给予足够关注.

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the psychosocial status of men who have sex with men(MSM) in Guangzhou and its relationship with high risk sex behaviors and to provide basis for intervention.
