中老年高血压患者脉压及脉压指数与臂踝脉搏波传导速度的相关性分析

目的：探讨中老年高血压患者脉压（PP）和脉压指数（PPI）与臂-踝脉搏波传导速度（baPWV）的关系。方法：选取2008年12月~2009年6月在我院就诊的150例中老年高血压患者作为研究对象,根据外周动脉PP水平分为高脉压组（PP≥60mmHg）和低脉压组（PP〈60mmHg）,并选取同期我院正常体检者135例作为对照组。调查各组心血管病危险因素,计算PPI,并行肢体动脉测量检查,以baPWV作为动脉硬化的评价指标,采用Pearson相关分析和偏相关分析,探讨PP和PPI与外周动脉硬化的关系。结果：高血压高脉压组患者的PPI（0.48±0.05）显著高于低脉压组（0.39±0.05）和对照组（0.38±0.03）（均P〈0.05）;高脉压组和低脉压组的baPWV均显著高于对照组;高脉压组的baPWV（1883.62±326.51cm/s）显著高于低脉压组（1584.43±267.91cm/s）（均P〈0.05）。调整年龄后,PP、PPI和收缩压与baPWV呈显著正相关（r=0.447,0.209,0.484;P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。结论：中老年原发性高血压患者的PP及PPI与baPWV明显相关。

Correlation analysis of pulse pressure and pulse pressure index with brachial ankle pulse wave velocity in middle-aged and old hypertensive patients

Objective：To evaluate the correlation of pulse pressure（PP）and pulse pressure index（PPI）with brachial ankle pulse wave velocity（baPWV）in middle-aged and old hypertensive patients.Methods：One hundred and fifty middle-aged and elder hypertensive patients in outpatient between Dec.2008 and Jun.2009 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into higher PP group（PP≥60mmHg）and lower PP group（PP60mmHg）.The control group included 135 people with normal blood pressure.All the patients completed exam of baPWV and laboratorial checks and coronary risk factors were recorded.Correlation between PP and PPI with baPWV were analysed by Pearson correlation and partial correlation analysis.Results：PPI were higher in higher PP group than those in lower PP group（0.48±0.05 vs 0.38±0.03）（P0.05）.The baPWV in higher PP group were more higher than in lower PP group（1883.62±326.51cm/s vs 1584.43±267.91cm/s）（P0.05）.After controlling age,there was positive relationship between baPWV and PP,PPI and SBP（r=0.447,0.209,0.484;P0.01,P0.05）respectively.Conclusion：The baPWV has positive correlation with PP and PPI in middle-aged and old hypertensive patients.
