| 摘 要： | 目的检测支气管哮喘患者在症状急性发作时经口腔呼出气中NO浓度及血浆中NO的浓度，研究NO浓度与哮喘严重程度和治疗效果的关系。方法选择支气管哮喘急性期发作患者30例，测定在急性发作期呼出气体中NO浓度、血浆中NO浓度；经过舒利迭吸入治疗，一吸，一日两次，治疗1个月后再次分别测定NO的浓度。结果支气管哮喘症状急性发作期组患者呼出气以及血浆中NO浓度均明显高于缓解期和正常对照组。结论呼出气体中NO浓度以及血浆中NO的检测为临床哮喘的诊断及治疗效果的判断提供参考。
