| 摘 要： | 应用彩色多谱勒血流显像（ＣＤＦＩ）对１１例急性肾功能衰竭（ＡＲＦ）患者和１００名正常人进行肾脏大小、形态及肾血管阻力指数（ＲＩ）的测量。结果表明：患者肾脏前后径增大明显，前后径与长径比（Ｔ／Ｌ）≥０．６０，ＲＩ≥０．８０，明显高于正常人，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。该研究揭示了ＣＤＦＩ对ＡＲＦ的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | The size,morphology and resistant indices(RI)of kidneys in 11 patients of acute renal failure (ARF) were measured with color dopper flow imaging (CDFI).The results showed that there was a significant increase in transverse diameters of kidneys.The ratios of transverse diameter to longitudinal diameter(T/≥L)were≥0.60.The RI were≥0.80,significantly high compared with the normal control group and difference between the 2 groups was significant(P<0.01).This study suggested some diagnostic value of CDFI in ARF. |
