| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨改良的角巩膜瓣下小梁切除术的效果。方法 应用改良的角巩膜瓣下小梁切除术对 33例 (37眼 )原发性青光眼行手术治疗 ,与传统的小梁切除术的 37例 (40眼 )进行对照。结果 新手术组远期眼压控制率为 97 3% ,功能性滤过泡为 72 5 % ,均优于传统手术组 ,P <0 0 1 ,差异有显著性。结论 改良的角巩膜瓣下小梁切除术优于传统手术 ,类似于角膜切口小梁切除术 ,但操作更简单 ,并发症少

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of modified trabeculectomy under corneoscleral flap.Methods 33 cases(37 eyes) of primary glaucoma were treated with the new method of the modified trabeculectomy under corneoscleral flap through two angle incisions and the results were compared with the methods of routine trabeculectomy carried on 37 cases (40 eyes) of primary glaucoma patients.Results In the long term follow up,the intraocular pressure control rate was 97.3% in the new operating group,and 80% in the control group.The functional fistulizing blebs formed in 91.89% of the new operating group,and 72.5% in the control group.The difference was significant ( P <0.01).Conclusion The modified trabeculectomy under corneoscleral flap is better than traditional trabeculectomy and has the merits of simplicity and fewer complications. |
