| 摘 要： | 目的研究经淋巴管内灌注抗癌药物和细胞因子等生物制剂治疗恶性肿瘤的效果。方法４１例晚期转移性癌肿和２例原发性恶性淋巴瘤对常规或经动脉内化疗无效，而采用淋巴管内灌注治疗。结果经淋巴管注入药物１个月后复查，淋巴结摄片和ＣＴ扫描进行对比，发现４０例肿大的淋巴结均有缩小。结论经淋巴管灌注疗法对淋巴路转移癌和恶性淋巴瘤是安全、有效的治疗方法，无严重并发症

| Abstract: | Purpose To investigate the effectiveness of intralymphatic infusion of anticancerous and biologic agents in the treatmrnt of malignancy. Methods Forty one patients suffering from advanced metastatic cancers and 2 patients with primary lymphoma, resistant to standard therapies or intra arterial chemotherapy, were treated with lymphatic injections of anticancerous drugs or combined with biochemotherapy. Results Follow up about one month after the therapy, comparion was made based on the findings of lymphatic radiography and CT, decrease in size of lymphnodes was demonstrated in all 40 cases. Conclusion This therapeutic approach proved to be an effective and safe method for the palliative treatment of advanced lymphatic metastases and lymphomas. The procedure was feasible without serious complications. |
