胸部包虫病的CT诊断

目的分析肺包虫病，尤其破裂、感染肺包虫囊肿的ＣＴ征象及分型，估价ＣＴ诊断胸膜、纵隔、心包及膈肌等少见部位包虫囊肿的可靠性。方法分析了２１例由ＣＴ诊断并经手术、病理证实的胸部包虫病，其中肺包虫病１６例，胸膜包虫病３例，纵隔心包及肺、纵隔和膈肌包虫病各１例。结果根据本组资料统计，ＣＴ对胸部包虫病的定性诊断正确率为９５％，定位诊断正确率为９４％，破裂、感染的肺包虫囊肿的诊断正确率为９２％。结论ＣＴ对破裂、感染的肺包虫囊肿和胸部少见部位包虫病的诊断价值很高。

CT diagnosis of chest hydatid disease

Purpose To study the CT features of pulmonary hydatid disease, especially in CT appearances and classifications of ruptured and infected lung cysts and to evaluate capability of CT in diagnosing echinococcal cysts of the pleura, mediastinum, pericardium and diaphragm. Methods Twenty one patients with chest hydatid disease confirmed by operation and pathology were analysed on CT. Pulmonary cysts were noted in 16 patients, pleured cysts in 3, multiple cysts of mediastinum and pericardium in 1, and multiple cysts of lung, mediastinum and diaphragm in 1. Results The histological accuracy and locational accuracy of CT diagnosis were 95% and 94% respectively for chest hydatid disease. The accurcy of CT diagnosis was 92% for ruptured and infected pulmonary cysts. Conclusion CT examination is of great value in diagnosing ruptured and infected pulmonary hydatid cyst, also other uncommon positioned chest hydatid disease.
