CT冠状位与轴位扫描对眼眶爆裂骨折诊断的价值

目的：探讨冠状位和轴位ＣＴ扫描在眼眶爆裂性骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法：对１５例眼眶爆裂性骨折患者分别进行轴扫及冠扫，将两种扫描技术所获图像进行对比分析。结果：冠状位扫描图像显示骨折线１４例（占９３．３％）及软组织疝８例（占１００％）；轴位扫描图像仅显示骨折线９例（占６０％）及软组织疝３例（占３７．５％）。结论：ＣＴ冠状扫描对眼眶爆裂性骨折的诊断价值明显高于轴位扫描；凝有此类骨折患者应首选冠状位ＣＴ扫描；辅以轴位扫描更能提高诊断准确性。

The diagnostic value of coronal and axial CT scan in orbital blowout fracture

Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis value of coronal and axial CT scan in orbital blowout fracture. Methods: The images were analysed comparatively after 15 cases of orbital blowout fracture were scanned with coronal and axial CT scan technique. Results: The fractural lines were found in 14 cases and 9 cases with coronal and axial CT scan, whereas the soft tissue hernias were found in 8 cases and 3 cases respectively. Conclusions: The diagnosis value of coronal CT scan was significantly higher than axial scan in cases of orbital blowout fracture, so the coronal scan should be the first choice in such cases. And the combination of coronal and axial CT scan can more improve the accuracy of CT diagnosis.
