枇杷叶原料安全性评价

摘    要:[目的]研究枇杷叶原料的急性毒性、遗传毒性、亚慢性毒性。[方法]采用最大耐受量试验、Ames实验、骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、90d喂养试验进行检测评价。[结果]枇杷叶原料对雌、雄昆明种小鼠的最大耐受剂量(MTD)均大于10.0g/kg·bw,3项遗传毒性试验(Ames试验、骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验)结果均为阴性,90d喂养试验受试动物各项生理指标无异常。[结论]枇杷叶原料属无毒级,无遗传毒性,最大未观察到有害作用剂量大于6.4g/kg·bw。

Abstract:[Objective] To research the acute genotoxicity and subchronic toxicity of Loquat leaf.[Methods] Test of maximum tolerated dose,Ames test,born marrow cell micronucleus test,mice sperm abnormality test and 90-day feeding study in rats were used to assess the safety of Loquat leaf.[Results] Its maximum tolerated dose(MTD) in mice was greater than 10.0g/kg.bw.Ames test,micronucleus test and sperm shape abnormality were negative.All the physiological indexes of the treated mice were normal in 90d feeding study.[...
