推拿与温针灸治疗压力性尿失禁对照研究

目的观察推拿、温针灸治疗压力性尿失禁（SUI）的效果并探讨其作用机理。方法将患者随机分为两组,推拿组施以腰骶部、腹部、下肢手法;温针灸组在气海、关元、中极、次髎、足三里等穴施以温针灸。均治疗30次后评价疗效。结果两组综合疗效相近,治疗前、后ICI-Q-SF分值、1 h尿垫试验漏尿量差异均有统计学意义,组间无明显差异。结论推拿及温针灸治疗SUI具有无创、无痛苦、经济、易操作等特点,体现了中医整体观的特点。其起效机理及远期疗效仍有待进一步研究。

Control Research of Massage and Warming Acupuncture on Stress Urinary Incontinence

Objective： To observe the effects and the mechanism of massage and warming acupuncture for stress urinary incontinence（SUI）.Methods： 60 SUI patients were randomly divided into the massage group with pressing,kneading,clicking and shaking methods on lumbosacral region,abdomen and lower extremities and the warming acupuncture group with warming acupuncture on Qihai（RN6）,Guanyuan（RN4）,Zhongji（RN3）,Ciliao（BL32）,Zusanli（ST36） and so on.The effects of this therapies were evaluated after these treatment for 30 times.Results： In 2 groups,there were some remarkable differences in the ICI-Q-SF score and the leakage amount in urine pad in 1h when they were compared before and after treatment.It was similar in the effects of 2 groups.Conclusion： Massage and warming acupuncture can be used to treat SUI.They have features as no invasion,no pain.They are economic and easy methods to reflect the holistic view of TCM.The mechanism and long-term result need further research.
