摘    要:目的观察辨证分型治疗面神经麻痹的疗效。方法把确诊患者随机分成辨证分型组和常规治疗组。比较治疗前后两组患者的临床疗效、瞬目反射R1、R2波检出情况,评价辨证分型治疗面神经麻痹的疗效。结果两组治疗后的临床疗效、瞬目反射R1、R2波检出情况均有显著性意义,辨证分型组治疗效果优于常规治疗组。结论辨证分型治疗能明显改善面神经麻痹患者的临床症状及瞬目反射R1、R2波的检出情况。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of syndrome differentiation treatment for facial paralysis.Methods: Cases were randomly divided into the syndrome differentiation treatment group and the conventional treatment group.Some indices were detected before and after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effect of syndrome differentiation treatment for facial paralysis including the curative effect and the R1 wave and R2 wave detection of blink reflex.Results: The differences of the curative effect,R1 wave and R2 wave detection had significant statistic meaning between the two groups.The effect of the syndrome differentiation treatment group was better than that of the conventional treatment group.Conclusion: Syndrome differentiation treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of facial paralysis and R1 wave and R2 wave detection of blink reflex.Its clinical curative effect is satisfied.
