| 摘 要： | 目的观察脾胃培元法配合针刺疗法对幽门螺杆菌（Hp）相关性慢性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜及Hp形态的影响。方法从70只健康SD大鼠中随机选择10只作为正常对照组,其余用于模型复制,选取造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、西药三联组（以下简称西药组）、脾胃培元法组（以下简称中药组）、针刺组、脾胃培元法＋针刺组（以下简称针药组）,每组10只。各组经相应处理后采用快速尿素酶法、HE分别测定Hp清除情况及胃黏膜的形态学变化。结果针药组清除Hp的作用优于中药组、针刺组和西药组,对受损的胃黏膜形态也有明显改善。结论脾胃培元法配合针刺疗法可用于治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of the Hp conditions with Piweipeiyuan Method plus acupunture on helicobacter pylori related chronic gastritis.Methods： In these 70 SD rats,10 rats were selected into the normal controlled group.The other rats were randomly divided into the model group,the western medicine group,the TCM group,the acupuncture group and the Piweipeiyuan Method plus acupuncture group.After treatment,the Hp clearance and the gastral mucosa morphological were detected by the rapid urease method and the HE staining method.Results： The clearance of the Hp in the Piweipeiyuan Method plus acupuncture was superior to that in the TCM group,the acupuncture group and the Western medicine group.Meanwhile,the gastral mucosa morphological was improved obviously in the Piweipeiyuan Method plus acupuncture group.Conclusion： It is effective of the Piweipeiyuan Method plus acupuncture in the helicobacter pylori related chronic gastritis |
