复律汤治疗慢性心功能不全后室性早搏60例临床观察

目的观察复律汤治疗慢性心功能不全后室性早搏的临床疗效。方法随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用复律汤方,对照组采用美心律,治疗疗程8周,观察两组治疗前后症状总积分、疗效指数及24 h总室性早搏次数。结果两组治疗后症状总积分、疗效指数及24 h总室性早搏次数与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义,且治疗后两组比较,治疗组诸方面均优于对照组。结论复律汤方可明显改善慢性心功能不全后室性早搏患者临床症状,减少室性早搏发作次数,在临床症状缓解、室性早搏次数减少方面疗效优于西药美心律,疗效确切。

Efficacy Observation of Fulv Decoction in 60 Cases with PVC of Chronic Cardiac Insufficiency

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fulv Decoction in PVC of chronic cardiac insufficiency.Methods： 60 patients with PVC of chronic cardiac insufficiency were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were given Fulv Decoction and the control group were given mexiletine.Before and after the treatment,the assessment score of major symptom,efficacy index and frequency of PVC in 24 hours were investigated.The treatment cure was 8 weeks.Results： There were statistically significant differences in all the assessments in both groups before and after treatment.8 weeks later,the assessment score of major symptom and frequency of PVC of 24 hours in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion： Fulv Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on PVC of chronic cardiac insufficiency.
