MEBO与SD-Ag治疗瓦斯烧伤的疗效对比

摘    要:目的比较湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)与磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)治疗瓦斯烧伤的疗效。方法将100例瓦斯烧伤患者随机分为治疗组(50例)与对照组(50例),在基础治疗基本相同的情况下,治疗组采用MEBO换药治疗,对照组采用SD-Ag糊剂治疗,观察两组疗效。结果 100例患者均痊愈出院。治疗组:创面感染4例,形成浅瘢痕3例,无功能障碍,无需行植皮术;对照组:创面感染11例,形成瘢痕8例,其中有2例发展成Ⅲ度创面并植皮,2例瘢痕增生明显,1例瘢痕增生挛缩,需行整形手术。结论 MEBO在烧伤创面的治疗中,具有保护创面、引流坏死物、减少创面感染、有效止痛、毒副作用少、促进创面愈合、减少瘢痕形成、恢复皮肤功能、使用方便等特点,是理想的烧伤创面外用药物。

Abstract:Objective: To compare Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) and SD-Ag in the efficacy of treating gas explosion burns. Methods: A total of 100 gas explosion burn patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 in treatment group and 50 in control group. Besides the identical basic management, treatment group was treated with MEBO dressing change and control group with SD-Ag paste. The therapeutic efficacy observation was conducted for both groups. Results: All the 100 patients were healed and discharged. Treatment group: 4 cases of wound infection, 3 of mild scar, 0 dysfunction, 0 skin grafting; control group: 11 cases of wound infection, 8 of scar, 2 debilitating into III degree wound with skin grafting, 2 severe scar hyperplasia, 1 scar hyperplasia and contracture requiring plastic surgery. Conclusion: MEBO is the optimal topic agent for burn wound treatment because of its advantages of wound protection, necrotic tissue drainage, wound infection control, analgesia, low toxicity, wound healing promotion, scar prevention, skin functional restoration as well as simple operation, etc.
