祛瘀接骨丸对实验性兔胫骨骨折愈合作用的影响

目的验证祛瘀接骨丸促进骨折愈合的疗效,探讨其作用机理。方法采用家兔36只,制成双侧胫骨中1/3标准骨折模型,按随机原则分为对照组和实验组,分别予生理盐水、祛瘀接骨丸灌胃,动物定期处死,标本做X线检查、抗折力测试和骨痂干重称重。结果实验组的胫骨标本抗折力和骨痂干重与对照组比较有明显差异。结论祛瘀接骨丸能增加骨量,增强骨的抗折力,促进骨折愈合,明显提高骨折愈合质量。

Study of Quyujiegu Pill on Healing Function of Rabbit Tibial Fracture

Objective： To verify the Quyujiegu Pill in promotion the healing of fractures and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods： 36 rabbits,made of 1/3 standard model of bilateral tibial fracture,were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.They were treated with the saline in the control group and the Quyujiegu Pill in the experimental group.After being killed at different times after operation,indices were detected such as the specimens,the bending test and the callus dry weights.Results： There were some significant differences in the bending strtength and the callus dry weight of the radial specimen in 2 groups.Conclusion： Quyujiegu Pill can increase bone mass,enhance the flexural strength of bone,promote fracture healing and improve the quality of fracture healing.
