| 摘 要： | 将经过常规药物治疗２周，病变无明显好转的角膜感染和角膜化学烧伤共３０眼，采用在原常规治疗基础上联合α＿２－巨球蛋白滴眼液治疗。联合用药后２周，２６眼的角膜炎症病变明显减轻，３～４周角膜上皮完全愈合，总有效率为８７％。结果表明。α＿２－巨球蛋白滴眼液可以抑制感染发展和促进创面愈合，对炎性角膜病变的控制是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | The thirty eyes of infections and chemical burns keratitis were treated byboth α_2-macroglobulin eye drops and routine medicine. They had been treated by routinemethods for 2 weeks the reactions of corneal inflammation in 26 eyes were mainly controled,and the corneal epithelium was completely healed on the 3rd to 4th week. The total effectiverate was 87%. The results show that α2-macroglobulin eye drops can availably inhibit theinfective development and facilitate the wound healing. It is suggested that the anti-infectiveegent is a sate and available. |
