腰椎管区病变超声诊断价值及分型研究

目的丰富腰椎管区病变的超声诊断影像资料。方法对509例腰腿痛患者,用超声诊断方法检测各病例的腰椎间盘。结果提示腰椎间盘声像图异常398例512节段,阳性检出率为78.19%(398/509),其中完整光团型275节段(54%),缺损光团型120节段(24%),片状模糊型32节段(6%),宽带型68节段(13%),光带消失型11节段(2%),光带移位型6节段(1%)。结论超声诊断腰椎间盘突出症具有一定应用价值,各种典型图像分型结合其他影像学检查可为临床治疗方法选择提供参考。

Study on diagnostic value and classification of lesions about lumbar spinal canal by ultrasonography imaging

Objective To improve and enrich the ultrasonic image data of lesions about lumbar spinal canal. Methods Ultrasonography were used to explore the image changes of lunbar intervertebral disc of 509 patients who were suffered from lumbago. Results 398 patients with 512 joints of lumbar intervertebral disc were discovered abnormal ultrasonic features.The positive rate was 78.19%(398/512). In the 512 abnormal joints, 275 joints (54%) showed complete bright ball,120 jionts(24%) showed defective bright ball,32 joints (6%) were blurry flakes,68 jionts (13%) were broad bright belt, 11 jionts (2%) showed diminished bright belt and 6 jionts (1%) showed the displacement of the bright belt.Conclusion Ultrasonography diagnosis of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is valuable in application. The various classifications of typical feature combined with other imaging technology can provide reference for clinic to choose the therapeutic methods.
