| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨主动脉球囊反搏泵治疗高危冠状动脉疾病的围手术期护理方法。方法:对27例高危冠状动脉疾病患者应用主动脉球囊反搏泵,并予围术期精心护理。结果:本组症状改善23例,占85.2%,未改善4例。结论:主动脉球囊反搏泵为高危冠状动脉疾病治疗提供了一条有效途径,围术期精心护理可促进患者康复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore perioperative nursing care in the treatment of coronary artery disease with intra aortic balloon pumping.Methods: Intra aortic balloon pumping was applied under the meticulous perioperative nursing care to 27 patients with coronary artery disease in high risk.Results: The conditions of 23 patients were improved,amounts to 85.2%,4 patients were not improved.Conclusion: IABP provided one of effective methods in the treatment of coronary artery disease and perioperative nursing care can no doubt promote patient's rehabilitation. |
