急诊创伤“一体化”救治模式下的急诊医学教学探讨

近年来，急诊创伤已成为全球日益严重的医学和社会问题。我国急诊创伤救治水平和国外发达国家相比较为薄弱。为适应国外先进的急诊创伤救治理念，我院建立了集急诊创伤初步救治、手术和危重病监护救治的急诊创伤“一体化”救治模式，对完善急诊医学的临床教学，提高实习医师的急诊创伤救治技术，培养有多种技能的专业救治队伍和改变传统的急诊创伤救治理念有重要的作用。急诊创伤“一体化”救治模式对我国急诊创伤救治体系的建设，快速应对社会突发事件和自然灾害的发生做了有益的探索。

Research on emergency medicine teaching under integrated rescue mode of trauma

In recent years,trauma has been beeoming a more and more serious global medieal and social problem. The level of trauma rescue and treatment in China is less developing than other developed countries. In order to adjust to the advanced eoneepts about trauma treatment in other eountries,our hospital has established an integrated reseue mode of trauma eontaining the primary trauma first-aid,operation and emergeney intensive eare treatment. It plays an important role in eonsummating the elinical teaehing of ernergeney medicine,improving the skills of trauma rescue and treatment for praetieing doetor,euhivating professional treatment teams,who are multi-skilled and changing the traditional ideas about trauma treatment. The integrated rescue mode is good to the construction of the emergeney medieine serviee system in the country. And it＇s helpful to dealing with the social unexpected events and the occurrence of the natural disasters.
