自然分娩临床护理路径在提高产科健康教育效果中的应用

摘    要:目的 观察自然分娩临床护理路径提高产科健康教育的效果,以规范护理人员的健康教育行为.方法 将160例自然分娩产妇按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各80例.对照组产妇接受常规护理及健康教育方法;观察组产妇由责任护士按照自然分娩临床路径护士版和患者版表格上的时间和内容进行健康宣教.两组宣教完毕均进行效果评价,按照产妇掌握程度将结果记录在与路径内容一致的健康宣教评价表上.比较两组产妇在平均住院日、住院费用、相关知识掌握度、产妇对护理工作满意度方面的差异.结果 观察组和对照组产妇平均住院日分别为(3.24±1.22)d,(6.32±1.23)d;两组平均住院费用分别为(1 451.03±75.05)元,(1 931.76±134.70)元;相关知识掌握度分别为(97.26±1.23)%,(90.46±2.52)%;产妇对护理工作满意度分别为(97.68±1.94)%,(88.56±2.17)%;两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t =2.514,P <0.05;t值分别为8.074,3.759,5.427;P <0.01).结论 应用自然分娩临床护理路径实施健康教育可以调动护士的工作主动性,促进产妇的主动参与意识,提高母乳喂养成功率和护理满意度,明显提高健康教育效果及优质护理服务质量.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway for normal delivery on improving health education, in order to regulate nurses' health education conducts. Methods 160 cases of parturient women were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 80 cases in each. The control group received conventional nursing and health education method, while the observation group received health education according to the time and contents in both nurses' and patients' form of clinical nursing pathway. The effect was evaluated after education, and the degree of maternal understanding in accordance with the results was recorded in the health education evaluation form consistent with the pathway. Two groups' average length of stay, hospital costs, degree of related knowledge, and satisfaction with maternal care were compared. Results The average length of stay of observation group and control group were ( 3.24 ± 1.22) and( 6.32 ± 1.23 ), and the difference was statistically significant ( t = 2. 514, P 〈 0.05 ). The hospital costs of two groups were ( 1 451.03 ± 75.05 ) and ( 1 931.76 ± 134.70) , the degree of related knowledge of two groups were (97.26% ± 1.23% ) and (90.46%± 2.52% ), and the satisfaction rate with maternal care of two groups were (97.68% ± 1.94% ) and (88.56% ±2.17% ). All the differences were statistically significant ( t = 8. 074,3. 759,5. 427, respectively ; P 〈 0. O1 ). Conclusions The application of normal delivery clinical nursing pathway to implement health education can mobilize the work initiative of the nurses, promote awareness of puerpera' s active participation, improve the success rate of breastfeeding and nursing satisfaction, as well as improve health education effects and quality nursing.
