中等强度有氧运动干预对社区低收入2型糖尿病患者的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨中等强度有氧运动对社区低收入2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的干预效果.方法 39例社区低收入T2DM患者接受中等强度有氧运动干预,观察患者干预前后的体重、体质指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等指标变化.结果 39例社区低收入T2DM患者接受中等强度有氧运动干预后,FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C水平,以及体重、BMI均低于干预前(6.69±1.27) mmol/L比(11.02±3.26) mmol/L,(9.95±2.06) mmol/L比(16.00 ±3.95) mmol/L,(7.24±1.30)%比(9.57±2.04)%,(3.96±0.93) mmol/L比(5.01±1.20) mmol/L,(1.71±1.41)mmol/L比(2.22±1.42) mmol/L,(2.48±1.20) mmol/L比(2.94±0.87) mmol/L,(65.74±9.08) kg比(74.26±13.29) ks,(24.59±3.05) kg/m2比(27.04±4.05) kg/m2],差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为8.550,11.244,8.414,5.937,2.594,2.531,8.286,5.738;P均<0.05).HDL-C水平与干预前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 中等强度有氧运动干预可改善社区低收入T2DM患者的糖脂代谢.

Abstract: Abstract] Objective To determine the influence of moderate intensity aerobic exercise on community low-income type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients. Methods Totals of 39 community of low-income patients with type 2 diabetes had done moderate intensity aerobic exercise, then observed the changes in body weight, body mass index (BMI) , plasma glucose (FPG) , postprandial 2 h blood sugar (2 hPG) , glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc), triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoproteins in cholesterol (HDL-C)and low high density lipoproteins in cholesterol ( LDL-C ) before and after the intervention. Results Body weight and BMI in patients after moderate intensity aerobic exercise were significantly decreased compared with those before observation (65.74 ± 9.08) kg vs (74.26 ± 13.29) kg, (24.59 ± 3.05) kg/m2 vs (27.04 ± 4.05 ) kg/m2 ; t = 8. 286,5. 738, respectively ; P 〈 0.05 . Moreover, significant difference was found in the FPG,2hPG,HbAlc,TC,TG, LDL-C (6.69 ± 1.27 ) mmol/L vs ( 11.02 ± 3.26) mmol/L, (9.95 ± 2.06) mmol/L vs ( 16.00 ± 3.95 ) mmol/L, (7.24 ± 1.30) % vs ( 9.57 ± 2.04 ) %, ( 3.96 ± 0.93 ) mmol/L vs (5.01±1.20) mmol/L, (1.71 ±l.41)mmol/L vs (2.22± 1. 42 ) mmol/L, ( 2. 48 ± 1.20)mmol/L vs ( 2.94 ±0.87 ) mmol/L; t = 8. 550,11. 244,8.414,5. 937,2. 594,2.531, respectively ; P 〈 0.051. But, exercise training had no effect on HDL-C ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions Moderate intensity aerobic exercise can improve glycometabolism and lipidmetabolism in community low-income T2DM patients.
