活动平板运动试验与QTc间期的变化

观察164例活动平板试验QTc间期的变化。运动试验阳性组的QTc间期在运动后轻运动前显著延长，而阴性组则无此差别。阳性组中ST段下移的程度，有心绞痛者较无心绞痛者明显；但QTc间期则无差异，提示OTc间期仅是预测心肌缺血的辅助指标。

Exploration of the QTc Interval Changes on Treadmill Stress Test

164 subjects accepted submaximal treadmill stress test for the study of the QTc interval. After the stress test the QTc intervals of the postive group were significant longer than that of the negative group. Among the negetive group there were no significant difference (P > 0.05, respectively). In the postive group, ST segment depressed significantly among the patient with angina than tha without angina. But QTc intervals had no difference between the two groups.The results suggested that QTc interval were only an index of assistance diagnosis for ischaemia.
