| 摘 要： | 目的 研究高血压病人纤溶活性的变化及其影响因素。方法 对高血压病人、正常对照的纤溶酶原激活物及纤溶酶原激活物抑制物活性及甘油三脂、总胆固醇、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗进行了研究。结果 研究发现 ,与正常对照组相比 ,高血压病人存在TPA活性降低、PAI_1活性增高。相关回归发现 ,体内影响TPA、PAI_1活性的因素为IR、BMI、TG。结论 高血压病人存在纤溶活性的降低 ,与体内代谢紊乱有关

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study fibrinolytic activity and associ ated f actors in patients with hypertension. MethodsTissue pl asminogen activity (TPA) and plasminogen activity inhibitor (PAI_1) activity and triglyceride (TG), tota l cholesterol (TC), fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (FIN) levels were measured in hypertension patients and healthy people (control). ResultsCompared with cont rol group, TPA activity is decreased, PAI_1 activity is increased in hypertensio n patients. PAI_1 and TPN activity are correlated with insulin resistance (IR), body mass index (BMI) and triglyceride(TG). Conclusions The fibrinolytic activi ty is decreased in hypertension patients and that associated with disturbance of metabolism. |
