| 摘 要： | 目的分析犬细小病毒(CPV)流行毒株的分子生物学特征,研究犬细小病毒遗传进化规律,了解CPV流行毒株现状。方法收集CPV阳性犬粪PCR扩增CPV-2c后进行RFLP分析,并进行病毒结构蛋白VP2基因的克隆、测序并进行序列分析。结果经RFLP分析及序列测定,2份样品均为CPV-2c阳性,序列分析显示CPV-06/09及CPV-07/09VP2序列与国外CPV-2c的基因序列同源性在99%以上。进化分析表明CPV-06/09及CPV-07/09在进化树中形成一个独立的分支,不同国家的CPV-2c存在一定的差异。结论通过RFLP分析及测序证实2份犬粪便样品为CPV-2c阳性,首次在我国检测到CPV-2c。系统进化树显示两分离株CPV-2c与国外CPV-2c有所差异,可能是传入我国的CPV-2c在向适应地区条件的方向进化,也可能是我国已有CPV变异。
