摘    要:呼吸机耗氧量因素分析有助于准确掌握不同呼吸机使用中在不同吸入氧浓度的设定以及不同气源压力下的实际耗氧量。针对5种品牌呼吸机,在呼吸机氧气进气管处串接气体质量流量仪,测量其在不同吸入氧浓度和不同气源压力条件下时实时氧气消耗值,并对结果进行比较分析。呼吸机在21%~100%吸入氧浓度和0.3~0.5MPa气源压力条件下,氧气消耗值在88~1233L/h之间;在不同的吸入氧浓度和不同的氧气气源压力下,呼吸机耗氧量有显著差异。

Abstract:Purpose To exactly master the settings of oxygen inhale concentrations for different ventilators and oxygen wastage under different air pressure conditions by analyzing oxygen wastage of ventilators. Method Flowmeters were equipped at the oxygen infalls of five different ventilators. Real time oxygen wastage was measured under several oxygen inhale concentration and air pressure conditions. Results Range of oxygen wastage for five ventilators was from 88 to 1233 L/h with 20% - 100% oxygen inhale concentrations and 0. 3 - 0. 5MPa air pressures. Oxygen wastage varied significantly with inhale oxygen concentration and air pressure.
