摘    要:目的制备盐酸丁螺环酮缓释片并探讨其体外释放机理.方法以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为骨架材料,以乳糖、可压性淀粉、微晶纤维素调节释放度,采用正交试验法进行处方优化,用数学模型拟合释放曲线.结果HPMC、乳糖的用量对释药有显著性影响,盐酸丁螺环酮缓释片的体外释药符合零级释放模型.结论盐酸丁螺环酮缓释片处方设计合理,可进一步开发.

Abstract:Objective:To prepare sustained release tablets of buspirone hydrochloride and study the release mechanism.Method: HPMC was used as the gel matrix.Lactose,starch and MCC were used to modify the release.Orthogonal experiment was carried out to optimize the formulation.Mathematic models were used to imitate the drug release.Result:The amount of HPMC and lactose had sig- nificant effects on the release of buspirone hydrochloride.The release behavior of the tablets followed the zero order equation.Conclu- sion:T...
