慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期血清CRP与动脉血气联合检测的临床意义

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期血清CRP与动脉血气联合检测的临床意义。方法选取2008年12月～2010年1月于我院进行治疗的30例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为观察组，选取同期的30名健康人员为对照组，后将观察组急性加重期及缓解期和对照组的血清CRP与动脉血气进行检测及比较。结果经研究比较发现，观察组的急性加重期及缓解期血清CRP明显高于对照组，PaCO2高于对照组，PaO2低于对照组，SaO2低于对照组，HCO3-水平高于对照组，P〈0．01或P〈0．05，有非常显著性差异。结论血清CRP与动脉血气联合检测在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期有着重要的意义．可以准确了解患者的疾病严章程度以为治疗提供治疗依据。

The clinical significance of joint detection of serum CRP and arterial blood gas in the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To study the clinical significance of joint detection of serum CRP and arterial blood gas in the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 30 cases patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from December 2008 to January 2010 were selected as observation group, and 30 healthy peoples were selected as control group. Then the serum CRP and arterial blood gas in acute exacerbation and remission stage of the observation group and the control group were detected and compared. Results The serum CRP of the observation group in acute exacerbation and remission stage were higher than those of control group, the level of PaC02 was higher than that of the control group, the levels of PaO2 and Sa 02 were lower than those of the control group, the level of HC02 - was higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05, all the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion The joint detection of serum CRP and arterial blood gas in the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is very important, and it can show disease severity in order to provide evidence for the treatment.
