踝部骨折治疗中腓骨远端解剖型钢板的应用

目的评价腓骨远端解剖型钢板手术治疗效果。方法回顾分析57例应用腓骨远端解剖型钢板手术治疗患者临床资料,其疗效根据患者主观感觉、功能检查、X线予以评定。结果57例随访7个月～3年,优35例,良17例,中4例,差1例优良率为91.2%。结论踝部骨折手术治疗应遵循踝关节的生理特点,强调恢复外踝长度及对位、重建踝关节的稳定、合理有效内固定和早期功能锻炼。腓骨远端解剖型钢板的应用疗效优于其他内固定。

The Applications of Distal Fibula Anatomic Plate in the Treatment of Ankle Fractures

Objective To analyse the effect of operation of ankle fracture with the anatomic plate of distal fibula. Methods 57cases of clinical data were reviewed and based on its efficacy in patients with subjective feeling, function tests, X-ray to be assessed. Results following-up period range from 7 months to 3 years in 57 cases, 35 cases had excellent result,17 cases good, 4 cases fair, 1 case of poor quality, Excellent rate of 91.2%. Conclusion ankle fracture surgery should follow the physical characteristics of the ankle, and stressed that the resumption of the length of the lateral, reconstruction and stability of the ankle joint, rational and effective internal fixation and early functional exercise, the application of distal fibula anatomic plate is more effective than other fixation.
