| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清激素水平与子宫内膜中血管内皮生长因子的表达在围绝经期无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血(功血)发病过程中的作用。方法选择患者为病例组,月经稀发者为对照组,对子宫内膜进行病理学检查并采用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。采用放免法测定血清激素水平。结果 VEGF在病例组的表达明显低于对照组,病例组中血清睾酮比对照组明显升高。结论无排卵性功血患者的异常出血与子宫内膜中VEGF表达失衡引起子宫内膜微环境的改变有关,而且睾酮升高与功血的发病有一定关系。

| Abstract: | Abstract： Objective Investigate the effect of serum sexual hormone level and endometria vascular endothelial growth factor （ VEGF ） on peri-menopausal period anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Method Select the patient as case group, menstrual volume diminished as control group. We test the expression of VEGF byimmunohistochemistry, test the serum hormone level by radioimmunity.Result The expression of VEGF in case group is depressed significantly, testosterone is up-regulation in case group.Cone I us i on The depressed expression of VEGF changing the endometria microenvironment can lead to abnormal uterine bleeding, and high testosterone level play important roles in the pathogenesis of women with anovulatory DUB. |
