| 摘 要： | 目的对目前市场上抗鼻炎类中药产品擅自添加盐酸萘甲唑啉进行快速的测定。方法从市面上搜集不同厂家不同批次的样品30多种,采用薄层色谱法对非法添加盐酸萘甲唑啉进行快速测定。结果该方法操作简单,重现性好,薄层色谱分离效果好。结论薄层色谱法能够应用于抗鼻炎类中药健康产品非法添加盐酸萘甲唑啉的快速测定,加强对该类产品的监督检查,保障人民使用健康产品的安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine hydrochloride naphazoline rapidly that added to anti - rhinitis spray illegally in Chinese medicines in the market. Methods More than 30 kinds of samples from different manufacturers and different batches were col- lected from the market and thin - layer chromatography （ TLC ） was used to determine hydrochloride naphazoline that added ille- gally. Results This method was simple, reproducible and the separation result of TLC was really nice. Conclusion TLC can be used to determine the hydrochloride naphazoline rapidly that added to the anti - rhinitis in Chinese medicines. Supervision and in- spection should be strengthened in order to ensure the safe use of health products for public. |
