| 摘 要： | 根据国家对高等教育的要求以及社会对中药学专业药事管理应用型人才的需求,高级应用型人才的培养是当前教学工作的重点。本文在分析目前人才培养中存在问题的基础上,明确了中药学专业药事管理应用型人才应该采取以KAQ目标为导向,实施知识、能力和素质三位一体的人才综合教育培养模式,既符合新医改的要求,又能满足医药企业的人才需求。

| Abstract: | The talents of advanced applications is the focus of current teaching based on demand for higher education and so- cial need for practical talent of pharmaceutical administration. This article identified that practical talents training of pharmaceuti- cal administration in Chinese materia medica should be based on KAQ - oriented integrated personnel education and training mode with the trinity of knowledge, ability and quality. This training mode met the requirement of new medical reform policy and can satisfy the demand of talents for pharmaceutical enterprise. |
