肾脏水通道蛋白2“穿梭机制”的研究进展

摘    要:AQP2是水通道蛋白家族成员之一,在肾脏尿液浓缩、稀释功能和维持体内水平衡中发挥着重要作用。该文根据近年来有关AQP2的研究结果,介绍了AQP2穿梭机制的信号转导途径,同时阐述了其调控因素,包括AQP2磷酸化、细胞骨架的作用、含AQP2囊泡融合膜顶端、AQP2结合蛋白等,为今后以AQP2为靶点的临床治疗提供理论基础。

Abstract:Aquaporin-2(AQP2) is one of the members in the aquaporin family,which plays an important role for urine concentration in the kidney,dilution function and maintainance of water balance in the body.Based on relative researches on AQP2 in recent years,the review aims to introduce the signal transduction pathways of AQP2 trafficking mechanism and elaborate on the regulatory factors,including the phosphorylation of AQP2,the role of cytoskeleton,fusion of AQP2 containing vesicles with apical membrane,and AQP2 binding proteins,thus provide theoretical basis for AQP2 targeted clinical treatment.
