HPLC法测定醋氯芬酸肠溶片的含量

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定醋氯芬酸肠溶片含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱条件:Agilent TC-C4(4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为:乙腈-四氢呋喃-水(1.2 mL冰醋酸→1 000 mL水,用0.1 mol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液调pH值至3.5)(225∶225∶550),检测波长为275 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1。结果在选定的色谱条件下,醋氯芬酸肠溶片中辅料对主药无干扰,样品在0.5～25μg·mL-1内,峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,相关系数r=1,平均回收率为99.99%,RSD为0.2%。结论本方法简便,准确,专属性强,可用于醋氯芬酸肠溶片的含量测定。

Determination of Aceclofenac Enteric-coated Tablets by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Aceclofenac Enteric - coated Tablets. Methods HPLC was adopted on Agilent TC - C414.6 mm×250 mm ）. The mobile phase was acetonitrile - tetrahydrofuran - water （ 1.2 mL acetic acid→1 000 mL water,adjusted pH to 3.5 with 0.1 mol · L-lsodium hydroxide solution） （225： 225： 550）. The detec- tion wavelength was 275 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min - 1. Results Under the selected chromatographic conditions, ac- cessories had no interference with drug in Aceclofenac Enteric - coated Tablets. The sample showed a good linear relationship within 0.5 -25 μg· mL-1 （ r = 1 ） , the average recovery was 99.99% and the RSD was 0.2%. Conchusion The method was simple,accurate and specificity,and it can be used for the determination of Aceclofenac Enteric -coated Tablets.
