进口甘露醇与国产甘露醇在分散片生产中的应用对比

目的对比进口甘露醇与国产甘露醇对分散片质量的影响,为生产分散片选择辅料提供参考。方法将两种甘露醇的部分物理性质进行比较,以两种甘露醇分别试制罗红霉素分散片为例,通过制粒后颗粒的性质及压片后药片的质量分析对两种甘露醇的区别进行比较。结果两种甘露醇对于罗红霉素分散片颗粒的性质和药片的质量具有很大影响且区别较大。结论进口甘露醇可以直接用于压片技术,成片效果及片剂质量比国产甘露醇好。

Comparison of imported and domestic mannitol in application of dispersible tablet

Objective To compare the effect of imported and domestic mannitol on quality of dispersible tablets, and provide reference for the selection of production excipients for dispersion tablet. Methods Some physical properties of two kinds of man- nitol were compared. Using two kinds of mannitol to trial - produce Roxithromycin Dispersible Tablets, the differences of two kinds of mannitol were compared through analysis of the characteristics of granules and the quality of tablets. Results Two kinds of mannitol had a great influence on the characteristics of granules and the quality of tablets and had significant difference for Rox- ithromycin Dispersible Tablets. Conclusion Imported mannitol can be directly used for pressing technology, also the result of tabletting and the quality of tablets were better than domestic mannitol.
