| 摘 要： | 全肠外营养(TPN)是临床营养支持治疗的重要组成部分,是目前肠功能衰竭及危重患者治疗中必不可少的措施之一。医师应根据患者的个体差异和不同的生理病理需求为其制订个体化的配方。本文对TPN各组分的配比模式、营养素的选择、个体化原则、配制及应用注意事项等作一综述,以期为TPN的临床合理用药提供参考。

| Abstract: | TPN is an important part of clinical nutrition support which is one of the essential measures in the treatment of in- testinal failure and critically ill patients. Doctors should develop individualized formulations based on the patient＇s individual differences and different physiological and pathological needs. This paper summarized the ratio of each component of TPN, selec- tion of nutrients ,individualization principle and notices that existing in preparation and application of TPN, providing some refer- ences for the rational clinical application of TPN. |
