| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定茴拉西坦分散片的含量.方法采用Ultimate LP-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(30∶70),检测波长为254 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1.结果茴拉西坦在100.08～700.56μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.99%,RSD为0.08%.结论本方法专属性强、准确度高,可用于茴拉西坦分散片的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Aniracetam Dispersible Tablets.Methods The chromatography was performed on Ultimate LP-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(30∶ 70),the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1.Results Aniracetam was linear in the range of 100.08~700.56 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 99.99% and the RSD was 0.08%.Conclusion The method was highly specific and accurate,and it can be used for the quality control of Aniracetam Dispersible Tablets. |
