流行性乙型脑炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群改变及意义的探讨

本文以OKT系列单克隆抗体作为检测试剂，采用直接SPA菌体花环法对62例流行性乙型脑炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞及亚群进行了动态检测。结果表明，发病初期OKT8细胞百分比即明显增高，以轻中型为著，于恢复期降至正常水平。重型及极重型OKT4细胞百分比极期降低，其OKT8细胞百分比接近正常水平。OKT4／OKT8比值均下降。表明流行性乙型脑炎的发病过程与免疫状况有一定关系。

The probing into the changes of T-Lymphocyte subgroups of peripheral blood in the patients ill with epidemic encephalitis B and their significance

Using monoclonal antibody of OKT series as detection reagent,the dynamic detection of T-lymphocyte subgroups of peripheral blood in 62 cases ill with epidemic encephalitis B was made by using the method of direct SPA somatic rosette. The results showed that at the early onset stage the percentage of OKT8 obviously increased,especially in the types of light and mediate illnesses,and at the restoration stage,the percentage of OKT8 decreased to normal level. At the crisis stage, the percentage of OKT4 decreased in the severe and very severe types while the percentage of OKT8 was close to normal level. In all the patients,OKT4/OKT8 ratio decreased. These indicate that the pathologic courses of epidemic encephalitis B have a certain relation with the immune function.
