不同婴儿食品铝含量的测定

摘    要:本文应用原子吸收光谱法测定母乳、牛奶、奶粉及不同喂养方式婴儿血清中锌、铜、铁及铝含量。母乳中锌、铜、铁含量均较牛奶丰富,铝含量低于牛奶;奶粉中锌、铜、铁含量高于牛奶,与母乳无显著差异,铝含量高于牛奶。母乳、牛奶及奶粉喂养的贫血患儿血清铝含量无显著差异,均明显低于铝中毒的血清铝水平。

Abstract:In this study ,the contents of Zn , Fe , Cu and Al in serum of infants fed with differentforrmulae were measured using the method of atomic absorption spectrum。 The results showed thatZn,Cu and Fe levels in breast-mile-fed group were higher than those in milk-fed group respectively-600-(P<0.01);Al level in breast-milk-fed group was lower than that in milk-fed group(P<0.01);Zn,Cu and Fe levels in breast-milk-fed group found to have no significant differences in comparison withthose in milk-powder-fed group(P>0.05),but Al level in the former was lower than that in the latter(P<0.01);Zn,Cu,Fe and Al levels in milk-powder-fed group higher than those in milk-fed froup (P<0.05);Al level in all groups were found to be obviously lower than those with Al toxification, Theabove results indicated that although breast milk was prefered to any other formulae,milk powder wasstill an available choice in inability of breast feeding。
