高龄患者白内障小切口非乳化人工品状体植入术

摘    要:目的探讨高龄老人白内障小切口非超声乳化摘出及人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法对72例(76眼)80~103岁老年白内障患者,行小切口非超声乳化摘出人工晶状体植入术.并对术后视力及并发症进行分析。结果术后1周及1个月视力≥0.3者分别为64眼、67眼,≥0.5者分别为54眼、65眼.角膜内皮水肿11眼,后囊破裂2眼。结论小切口非超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术,适宜高龄老人白内障患者.而且手术时间短,视力恢复快,并发症少,费用较低.是一种完全有效的手术方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of small incision, non-phaco emulsification cataract extracapsular extraction and IOL implantation in the old. Methods Seventy-six eyes of 72 patients aging from 80 to 103 were performed small incision, non-phacoernulsification cataract extracapsular extraction and IOL implantation, and the postoperative vision and complications were analyzed . Results In them 64 eyes and 67 eyes obtained the vision better than 0.3 1 week or 1 month after the operation, respectively. And 54 eyes and 65 eyes better than 0.5 1 week or 1 month after the operation, respectively. Eleven eyes suffered corneal endothelium edema, and 2 eyes got posterior capsule rupture. Conclusion Small incision, non-phaco emulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation is an efficient procedure which is suitable for the old characterized by rapid recovery of the visual acuity, less complications and lower cost.
