| 摘 要： | 目的:基于结构方程模型分析研究乳腺癌患者影响因素的直接和间接作用。方法:采取1∶1病例对照研究方式分别对190例女性患者和非乳腺癌女性进行问卷调查,用结构方程模型方法对结果进行分析。结果:乳腺癌的发生主要由健康保健、运动情况、负性事件、健康状况、基本生理状态和生活饮食习惯这六个因子决定,且因子间有相互作用。结论:结构方程模型在对乳腺癌影响因素的研究分析中具有一定的实际指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective： Using structural equation model to analyze the direct and indirect effects of influencing factors on breast cancer. Methods. A 1 ： 1 matched case-control study was carried out in Xuzhou including 190 cases with breast cancer and 190 controls and structural equation model （SEM） was used to analyze the outcome. Results： The breast cancer happened was determined by health care, movement, negative events, health condition, basic physiological state and eating habits of life,which were correlated with each other. Conclusion： Building SEM is effective and can provide guidance for analyzing the factors influencing the breast cancer occurred in a certain extent. |
