试用集中度分析计划免疫相应传染病的季节性分布

试用集中度指标，对清远市1972－1996年发生的计划免疫相应传染病发病资料进行了季节性分布对比分析。结果在实施计划免疫前的1972～1986年，乙脑、白喉的集中度均大于85，有较强的季节性，脊髓灰质炎、百日咳、麻疹的集中度均在35以下，发病有一定的季节性，但不很明显；在计划免疫实施后的1987～1996年，白喉集中度降至25．88，已无季节性特点，其余几种相应传染病季节性分布未见改变。

The Analysis of Seasonal Distribution of EPI-Target Infectious Diseases by Centralized Indices

The seasonal distributions of EPI -target infectious diseases in Qingyuan City during 1972 to 1996 were analyzed by centralized indices. The result indicated that before the period Of implementation of EPI from 1972 to 1986, the centralizing degrees of encephalitis B and diphtheria were more than 85 with an obvious seasonal distribution, but those of poliomyelitis, pertussis and measles were below 35 with a certain but not obvious seasonal distribion; ther the implementation of EPI during 1987 tO 1996, the centralizing degree of diphtheria decreased to 25. 88 without seasonal distribution. The Seasonal distributions of the remainder diseases had no Change.
