| 摘 要： | 用单克隆抗体测定了３１例幼年型类风湿性关节炎患儿外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群的数量，结果显示ＣＤ＋３、ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８均增高与对照组比较存在显著性差异，而ＣＤ＋８无统计学意义，同时观察到疾病恢复过程中，随着临床症状的好转ＣＤ＋４细胞也随之降低，经等级相关检验ｒｓ＝０．８８９１，Ｐ＜０．０１，提示ＣＤ＋４细胞的变化可能与幼年型类风湿性关节炎对治疗的反应有关。

| Abstract: | Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of 31 children with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) were measured The results showed that CD 3,CD 4 and CD 4/CD 8 cells increased and CD 8 cells were not varied,and that cellular immunity had effect on JRA Meanwhile it was observed that level of CD 4 cells decreased with JRA clinical symptom got better It is suggested that CD 4 cells may be related to prognosis of JRA |
