MRI在子宫内膜癌诊断及肌层浸润程度判断中的价值

目的探讨MRI在子宫内膜癌诊断和子宫肌层浸润程度判断中的价值。方法回顾性分析行MRI检查且行手术治疗的71例子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料,将MRI检查结果与手术病理分期进行对照分析。结果71例患者术前MRI明确诊断为子宫内膜癌的61例,敏感度为85.9%。61例诊断子宫内膜癌的患者中有6例MRI对子宫内膜癌肌层浸润的判断不符合病理分期,余55例均符合,符合率为90.2%,总符合率为77.5%(55/71)。结论MRI在子宫内膜癌的诊断和肌层浸润程度判断中的价值是肯定的,术前行MRI检查对指导临床选择恰当的手术方式具有重要价值。

Value of MRI in Diagnosis of Endometrial Cancer and Degree of Infiltrated Muscle Layer

Objective To probe into the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in diagnosing endometrial cancer(EC) and judging the degree of infiltrated muscle layer(ML),to provide reliable evidence in clinical management.Methods Clinical data of 71 EC patients proved by MRI scan were analyzed retrospectively,and MRI results compared with surgical pathological stages.Results An accurate diagnosis as EC by preoperative MRI was given to 61 of 71 patients,with a sensitivity of 85.9%.All of 61 EC patients had MRI findings compatible to their pathological stages except 6,with a coincidence of 90.2%,and total of 77.5%(55/71).Conclusion It is certain that MRI proves valuable in diagnosing EC and judging the degree of ML infiltration.Preoperative MRI scan is of special significance in choice of correct operation methods.
