| 摘 要： | 随着影像学技术的发展，透明隔囊肿的诊断率也提高了。症状性透明隔囊肿（symptomatic septum pellucidum cyst，SSPC）需要手术治疗。现在大多数神经外科治疗中心已经常规选择神经内镜下囊肿壁开窗术治疗SSPC。这应该是治疗SSPC的首选方法。但是，直到现在仍然没有统一的SSPC诊断和治疗标准。

| Abstract: | With the development of modern imaging technology,the diagnosis rate of septum pellucidum cyst increases.The symptomatic septum pellucidum cyst(SSPC) needs surgical treatment.Neuroendoscopic fenestration seems to be the ideal treatment for symptomatic SSPC.However,there are still controversies over the diagnosis and treatment of SSPC.In this article,the recent advance in the diagnosis and treatment of SSPC was reviewed. |
