| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后肾腺瘤（metanephricadenoma，MA）的组织病理学特征和诊断标准。方法报告2例MA病例的临床资料，结合文献复习总结MA的组织病理学特征、诊断标准、鉴别诊断及预后。结果MA具有典型的组织病理学特征。结论MA是一种罕见的肾脏良性肿瘤，确诊依赖组织病理学检查，其免疫组化尚无统一定论，需与Wilms瘤及乳头状肾细胞癌相鉴别。手术切除术后患者需长期随访。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the histopathological characteristics and diagnostic criteria of the metanephrie adenoma （MA）. Methods To report two cases of MA and summarize the his- topathologieal characteristics, diagnostic criteria, differential diagnosis and prognosis of MA by re- viewing the literatures. Results MA had typical pathologic features. Conclusions MA is rate benign renal tumors. The definite diagnosis of MA is based on its histopathological characteristics. There is no unified conclusion of the immunohistoehemistry. The differential diagnosis of MA in- cludes Wilm＇s tumor and papillary renal cell carcinoma. Long-term follow-up after operation is essen- tial. |
