致病性念珠菌菌种的变迁

以形态学，芽管试验，血清学方法对８８例临床致病菌珠进行了分类鉴定，对比随机扩增多态性ＤＮＡ－聚合酶链反应的带型进行分析。分析结果表明，白念珠菌仍然是最常见的致病念珠菌，但存在着一种菌种变迁趋势，热带念珠菌和近平滑念珠菌的分离合计约与白念珠菌的分离率相等，呈明显上升趋势。

Changing Patterns in Epidemic Trend of Candida Species

Eighty-eight Candida strains isolated from clinical specimens were classified by morphological test, germ tube test, and serotyping, and patterns obtained were further analysed by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA markers-polymerase chain reaction (RAPD-PCR). The results showed that Candida albicans was still the most common among Candida species. However, there is a "shift" trend because non-C. albicans species infection, especially C. tropicalis and C. parapsilosis infections markedly increased, and the infections caused by these two species almost equal to C. albicans infection. This "shift" trend will be important not only for guiding the clinical treatment, but also for the development of new antifungal agents. In this paper, the methods used for identification were also evaluated.
