2种不同胰岛素给药方法在糖尿病足病患者中的应用

目的 比较分析胰岛素泵持续皮下输注（CSII）与胰岛素多点皮下注射（MSII）对糖尿病足患者的血糖控制效果及安全性.方法 将76例糖尿病足患者随机分为CSII组（38例）和MSII组（38例）;CSII组予胰岛素泵持续输注加餐前大剂量方案治疗,MSII组采用三餐前及睡前皮下注射胰岛素治疗.结果 CSII组在胰岛素用量、血糖达标时间、低血糖发生次数方面均明显优于MSII,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 糖尿病足患者使用胰岛素泵控制血糖更有效、迅速、安全.

Comparison of application of CSII and MSII in patients with diabetic foot

Objective To compare the effect and safety of glucose control between continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion（CSII） by insulin pump and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection（MSII） in patients with diabetic foot. Methods Totally 76 patients of diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups： 38 patients in CSII group were treated with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion by insulin pump, and 38 patients in MSII group were treated with multiple subcutaneous insulin injection. Blood glycose control was compared between the two groups after one month of treatment, and the related data were analyzed through statistics. Results There were significant differences in insulin dosage, therapeutic time and the incidence of hypoglycemia between two groups. Conclusion Insulin pump continuous subcutane- ous insulin injection treatment of patients with diabetic foot is effective, quick and safe in controlling hyperglycemia.
