肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的诊断与治疗

目的探讨肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾分析5例行开放或腹腔镜手术肾上腺节细胞神经瘤患者临床资料，术前均行实验室相关检查、B超、CT、MRI及术后病理、免疫组化检查。结果5例患者手术顺利，术后病理确诊，恢复良好，随访1年未见肿瘤复发。结论肾上腺节细胞神经瘤多无特异性临床表现。CT、MRI在肾上腺节细胞神经瘤术前诊断有重要价值，确诊依靠术后病理检查及免疫组化。肿瘤切除是主要治疗方法。预后良好。

Diagnosis and treatment of adrenal ganglioneuroma

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal ganglioneuroma. Methods Clinical data of 5 cases were reviewed, who underwent relative serum biochemistry detection, B us, CT, MRI pre operation and pathological, immunohistochemical ex amination after operation. Ail pahents underwent open or laparoscopic excision of adrenal ganglioneuroma. Results The operations were com pleted successfully, and the pathological reports showed adrenal ganglioneuroma. All patients recovered soon without complications. No re currence was detected after they were followed up for 1 years. Conclusion Adrenal ganglioneuroma rarely has specific clinical symptoms. CT and MRI play an important role in the diagnosis of it. The final diagnosis depends on pathological and immunohistochemical examination. Re section of the mass is an important treatment with satisfactory prognosis.
